What Is the Case About?
The lawsuit alleged Gametime failed to adequately disclose the fees associated with ticket purchases, in violation of California consumer-protection laws. Gametime denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle.
Who Qualifies?
California residents who bought tickets through Gametime’s website or app between April 18, 2018 and May 12, 2025 — excluding those who agreed to updated Terms of Service (April 2023+), received full refunds, used all-in-pricing features, or are company employees.
How Much Can You Get?
An automatic credit voucher equal to 15% of your initial fees paid, with a guaranteed $5.00 minimum. Vouchers expire after 60 months and are not transferable.
How to File
No claim form needed — eligible members receive vouchers automatically by email or mail. Action is required only to opt out (by July 20, 2026) or object.
