About Me
Felix Levine is a WordPress developer and digital strategist, and he built and runs Open Class Actions. He designed the platform’s architecture — the custom post types behind settlements, lawsuits, investigations, news and data breaches — along with its search strategy, publishing pipeline and the performance work that keeps a high-traffic legal information site fast and available. He also works in enterprise content management, front-end development and technical SEO; more about that at felixlevine.com.
He is not an attorney and nothing published here is legal advice. Every settlement page is built from the court-approved notice and the official claims administrator’s site, with the eligibility window, proof requirement and claim deadline stated up front.
Building Open Class Actions
I started Open Class Actions because settlement notices are written for lawyers, not for the people who are owed the money. More than 90% of open class action settlement funds go unclaimed. Every page here answers the same four questions in plain language: who qualifies, what you have to prove, what it pays, and the date the claim window closes.
