Class Action Settlements by State

Most class action settlements are nationwide — if you qualify, where you live does not matter. A smaller number are limited to the residents of one state, usually because they rest on that state’s own consumer, wage or privacy law.

Start with Nationwide below: it is the largest list and the one most people can actually claim from. Then check your own state for anything filed under its specific laws. Every claim deadline and proof requirement is stated on the settlement’s own page.

32 of 50 states currently have settlements we track. States without a link have nothing published yet.

How to use this page

  • A number next to a state is how many settlements and cases we currently track there.
  • A state with no number has nothing published yet — it is listed so you can see the full picture, not because there is a page waiting behind it.
  • Being listed under a state does not mean you are excluded from the nationwide settlements. Check both.
  • Always confirm eligibility on the official claims administrator’s site named in the court-approved notice.
