Who is covered?
The lawsuit is Doe et al. v. GoodRx Holdings Inc. et al., No.
4:23-cv-00501-AMO in the Northern District of California. The plaintiffs' notice defines the class as people in the United States who used any GoodRx website, app or service before April 20, 2024. If you looked up a price, used a discount offer or used the app before that cutoff, you fit that description. Use after that date alone does not create eligibility under that definition.
What does the form ask for?
OpenClassActions' inspection of the live form says it asks for first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP, email and phone. The same inspection says it also asks for a payment choice and an electronic signature attesting to qualifying use.
OpenClassActions' status page says no receipts, documents or notice Unique ID/PIN are required. It says the ID/PIN fields are optional, and claims rely on self-attestation.

What will you get, and when?
Each valid claimant receives an equal pro-rata share of the net fund, reports OpenClassActions on its settlement status page. It says the net fund follows court-approved administration costs, taxes, attorney fees and service awards, so the per-person amount turns on claim volume. Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín granted only preliminary approval on Sept. 8, 2026, according to OpenClassActions' case history.
It lists the final-approval hearing for Feb. 11, 2027, so payments await final approval and any appeals. This consumer settlement is separate from the FTC's February 2023 GoodRx enforcement action over alleged health-data sharing with Facebook, Google and others. The Federal Trade Commission says that earlier case imposed a $1.5 million civil penalty paid to the government. Do not spend an expected payment before the court grants final approval.
