Who qualifies?

The class covers U.S. individuals who used any GoodRx website, app, or service before April 20, 2024. That includes GoodRx Gold, HeyDoctor, and GoodRx Care. Recall Refunds reports in its settlement summary that even a single lookup of a drug coupon counts as use.

Plaintiffs allege GoodRx sent prescription details, health conditions, emails, and phone numbers to Criteo, Meta, and Google from at least 2017 to 2020. The current deal resolves only the GoodRx and Criteo claims. Claims against Meta and Google continue separately. Check these points before filing:.

  • U.S. user of a GoodRx site, app, or service
  • Use occurred before April 20, 2024
  • Gold, HeyDoctor, or Care use also counts
  • One coupon lookup is enough

How do you file the claim form?

Choose online filing for speed or a mailed form if you prefer paper. Enter current contact details and the eligibility information requested on the form. No receipt, document, or notice ID is required. Use only the court-ordered administrator site for the form. Do not pay a third party to file for you.

Keep a copy of your online confirmation or mailed form. Mail early if you use paper. The envelope must bear a postmark on or before Dec. 29, 2026, as eosguide explains in its deadline guide. Exclusion requests and objections share that same date.

How much will you receive?

Valid claimants receive equal pro rata shares of the net $32 million fund. The net fund is what remains after fees, costs, and administration. More valid claims means a smaller payment per person.

Plaintiffs estimated about $9.73 at a 6% claim rate. That figure is an estimate, not a guaranteed payout. Your actual amount will depend on the final claim count and deductions.

What happens after you file?

The court will hold a final-approval hearing on Feb. 11, 2027. Payment occurs only after final approval plus any appeals. Appeals can add months of delay.

This settlement does not resolve the earlier FTC action. The FTC separately resolved the same data-sharing conduct in February 2023 for a $1.5 million civil penalty plus ad-data-sharing restrictions. None of that penalty was distributed to consumers. File by Dec. 29, 2026 to preserve your share of the consumer fund.
