Lululemon PFAS Settlement: Who Can File a Claim?

No one can file a claim for payment under the Texas Lululemon PFAS settlement right now. The deal created no consumer fund and no claim form.

The Office of the Texas Attorney General says it secured an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance requiring three years of chemical-safety standards and vendor oversight, described in the Attorney General's Oct. 22 announcement.

What did Texas actually resolve?

Texas opened the probe in April 2026 to test product safety and marketing claims. The resulting agreement sets testing, compliance, and supplier-oversight duties for three years. It imposes no reported fine, penalty, or consumer payment and includes no admission of wrongdoing.

The compliance issue was paperwork, not pollution. Texas reviewers found missing supplier acknowledgments of Lululemon's Restricted Substances List, according to The Texas Public Record's Oct. 23 filing review.

Why is there no PFAS payout?

Investigators did not identify PFAS in Lululemon products or materials after reviewing company documents. The filing treated the missing acknowledgments as the lapse, not proof that apparel contained forever chemicals.

Lululemon states it does not use PFAS today. The company says it ended limited use in water-repellent finishes in fiscal 2023 and has kept a Restricted Substances List since 2011, explained on Lululemon's corporate PFAS page.

Does any other Lululemon case pay buyers?

No current consumer case offers a Lululemon payout form. The only pending consumer class action cited is Alsaady v. Lululemon USA, No.

3:26-cv-05708, in the Western District of Washington. That case concerns tariff-related pricing, not PFAS exposure. It remains at the pleading stage with no settlement, as summarized in Lawfold's Oct. 26 lawsuit update.

What should shoppers do now?

Do not send receipts, bank details, or medical records to any Lululemon PFAS claim site. Nexfinity News reports that no purchaser can currently file a PFAS settlement claim for payout because Texas created no fund or form, stated in the Nexfinity News Oct.

27 report. Keep purchase receipts in one folder until an official court notice names eligible products and dates.

  • Save store and online receipts for leggings, jackets, and training apparel in one folder.
  • Note the product name, purchase date, and seller for each item.
  • Follow the Texas Attorney General and the named federal court for any new filing.
  • Consult a local consumer attorney before joining an unrelated mass-tort call list.
