To file for the $275 ConnectAmerica robocall payment, submit a valid claim online or by mail postmarked by December 21, 2026, through the court-authorized settlement website. You qualify with at least one covered prerecorded call to your cell phone. Felix v.
ConnectAmerica.com, LLC, No. GD-26-007931 in Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas alleges ConnectAmerica violated the TCPA, the federal law restricting artificial or prerecorded calls to cell phones without prior consent. According to the Settlement Administrator in the official settlement notice, the proposed deal is capped at $4,000,000 for about 14,534 class members, subject to final court approval.

Are you covered?
The class covers U.S. individuals who did not give ConnectAmerica their number and received at least one prerecorded message to a cell number from April 1, 2021 through September 22, 2026. Both conditions must apply.
A number you provided for medical-alert service does not count. A common example is a prerecorded reminder, check-in, or marketing message left on a cell phone you never registered with the company. If you gave your number directly, you are not included. If another person gave your number, review the notice definition closely.
How much will you actually receive?
The official notice estimates a $275 cash payment per person who submits a valid claim. That figure is before deduction of the claimant share of fees, costs, expenses, and administration. Your check will be lower after those deductions.
The $275 figure is also not guaranteed because payments may fall pro rata if claims exceed the $4 million cap, as reported by Credit and Collection News in its November settlement report. More valid claims means smaller individual payments. Fewer valid claims will not raise payments above the fund limit.
How do you file?
Use only the court-authorized settlement website for online filing, or mail a paper claim to the address listed there. According to the Settlement Administrator in the official settlement notice, mailed claims must be postmarked by December 21, 2026.
Keep a copy or screenshot of your submission. If you move after filing, update the administrator so the check reaches you.
- Confirm your cell number received a covered prerecorded call in the date range.
- Enter the name, address, and contact details where payment should go.
- Submit online or mail the signed form before the postmark deadline.
What happens if you miss the deadline?
Claim, opt-out, and objection requests share the same cutoff: postmarked by December 21, 2026. The final approval hearing is scheduled January 19, 2027 at 12:00 p.m. ET.
The court must still grant final approval before payments issue. Doing nothing leaves you in the settlement with no payment while giving up the right to sue over the same calls, according to the Settlement Administrator in the settlement FAQ. Eligible recipients should file rather than ignore the postcard notice. Mail early so the postmark is legible.
