$1.3 Million LandAirSea GPS Tracker “Made in USA” Settlement

If you purchased a LandAirSea GPS tracker from LandAirSea’s website or Amazon between January 12, 2018 and January 12, 2022, you may be eligible for up to $45 per device from a $1.3 million class action settlement over false “Made in USA” claims.

Claim Deadline: March 4, 2026 | No Proof Required (for fewer than 5 devices)

What Is This Settlement About?

The lawsuit alleges that Land Air Sea Systems, Inc. falsely represented its GPS tracker products as “Made in the USA” or “Manufactured in the USA” when the products were not entirely manufactured in America. The plaintiff claims this violated state consumer protection and false advertising laws, misleading consumers about the origin of the products.

Land Air Sea Systems denies all allegations and is settling to avoid the cost and uncertainty of continued litigation.

Who Qualifies for a Payout?

All persons in the United States who purchased one or more LandAirSea GPS tracker products from LandAirSea’s website or from Amazon between January 12, 2018 and January 12, 2022.

Officers, directors, and employees of Land Air Sea Systems, Inc. are excluded.

How Much Can I Get?

  • Up to $45.00 per device purchased during the class period
