What Is the Case About?
The settlement resolves claims that Sprouts violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACTA) by printing more than the last five digits of customers’ card numbers on receipts. Sprouts denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle and to limit receipts to five card digits going forward.
Who Qualifies?
Customers who used a personal credit, debit, or EBT card at a U.S. Sprouts location and received a receipt showing more than five card digits. Credit/debit card period: August 16, 2020–October 31, 2022. EBT card period: March 15, 2021–April 15, 2023.
How Much Can You Get?
Each eligible class member receives one equal share regardless of how many qualifying transactions they made; the exact per-person amount depends on how many valid claims are filed.
How to File
File online, by mail to Atticus Administration LLC, or by fax by August 5, 2026. Use the Short-Form with your Notice Number if you received one; otherwise provide a receipt or statement with Claim Form-R.
