If you purchased RevitaLash or RevitaBrow serum products in the United States between January 1, 2017 and December 29, 2025, you may be eligible for a cash payment or $110 voucher from a $4,170,000 class action settlement.

Claim Deadline: April 20, 2026 | No Proof Required (limits may apply)

What is the RevitaLash Eye Serum Settlement About?

You may be part of a new $4,170,000 class action settlement involving RevitaLash and RevitaBrow lash and brow serum products made by Athena Cosmetics, Inc.

According to the settlement notice, the lawsuit alleged Athena’s product labeling and marketing did not disclose material information about the products and the potential risks and side effects of an ingredient in the products.

Athena denies the allegations and says the products are safe and comply with regulations. The Court has not decided that Athena did anything wrong. The parties agreed to the proposed settlement to avoid the costs and uncertainty of continued litigation.

What is the Total Settlement Amount?

The settlement provides $4,170,000 in total settlement benefits, including a cash settlement fund and a voucher fund.

Who Qualifies for a Payout?

You may qualify to file a claim if you purchased any formulation of the following products in the United States between January 1, 2017 and December 29, 2025:

  • RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Conditioner
  • RevitaLash Advanced Sensitive Eyelash Conditioner
  • RevitaLash Advanced Pro Eyelash Conditioner
  • RevitaBrow Advanced Eyebrow Conditioner

You must submit a valid claim form by the deadline to receive a cash payment or voucher.

How Much Can You Get Paid?

The exact cash payout amount is not listed in the notice. It will depend on several factors, including how many people submit valid claims and the final amounts approved for attorneys’ fees, costs, administration expenses, and other deductions described in the settlement.

The settlement also includes a voucher option. The voucher is described as a nonexpiring voucher code worth $110 that can be used toward purchases on RevitaLash.com.

Note: If voucher requests exceed the voucher fund, proof of purchase requirements may change and the cash fund may be used to help cover vouchers in certain situations.
