Check the mailed postcard first
Start with the paper notice mailed to your last known address. Kroll Settlement Administration says the Class Member ID appears on that mailed postcard notice Kroll administrator guidance. Keep the postcard until your claim is accepted.
Look for the words Class Member ID and copy the code exactly. Letters, numbers, and leading zeros all matter. Enter it without added spaces unless shown.
Did you get email notice instead?
If you received electronic notice, check your email inbox and spam folder. Kroll Settlement Administration says the same ID also appears in emailed settlement notices. Search for On Q, Feathers, or Kroll to find it quickly.
Save or print the email once you find the code. You will need it each time you open the online form. If multiple household members were notified, match each name to its own ID.
How do you file with the ID?
Have the ID ready before you open the claim portal. Kroll Settlement Administration provides an online Submit Claim portal and paper Claim Form options. Online filers type the ID when prompted to verify membership.
