San Diego Fertility, Ivy Fertility $850K Pixel Settlement: Payments Out

Every payment in the $850,000 San Diego Fertility Center and Ivy Fertility pixel settlement has been sent, according to the official settlement website — so if you filed before the June 24, 2025 deadline and nothing arrived, the next step is to contact the administrator, not to file again. The claim window is closed and there is nothing left to submit. What is left is making sure a claim that was filed actually got paid.

Status: Closed — all payments sent | Claim deadline June 24, 2025 (passed) | $850,000 fund, split equally among valid claims

If You Filed and Were Not Paid

The administrator, Postlethwaite & Netterville (EisnerAmper), reports that all disbursements have gone out to people who filed on time. A claimant who has not received a payment should reach the administrator through the official website, SDFC Ivy Pixel Settlement, and have three things ready:

  • Your full name as it appeared on the claim.
  • Your Claim ID.
  • The confirmation number you received when you filed.

If you did not file by June 24, 2025, no late-claim route is described in the settlement materials. The fund has already been distributed.

Who Was Eligible: Visitors, Not Only Patients

This settlement did not require anyone to have been a fertility patient. The claim form asked claimants to certify that they visited one of the defendants’ websites between January 1, 2020 and April 4, 2025. No other proof was required.

The covered websites reached well beyond San Diego:

San Diego Fertility Centersdfertility.com, plus the San Diego Fertility Center consultation scheduling page on app.ivyfertility.com
Ivy Fertilityivyfertility.com
Other Ivy clinicsFertility Centers of Orange County, Reproductive Partners, Pacific NW Fertility, Fertility Associates of Memphis, Idaho Fertility Center, Nevada Center for Reproductive Medicine, Nevada Fertility Center, Utah Fertility Center, and Virginia Fertility & IVF

That list matters for anyone checking whether a past visit counted. A visit to any of those clinic websites during the class period fell inside the same settlement as a visit to sdfertility.com, even though the case name mentions only San Diego Fertility Center.

How the $850,000 Was Divided

San Diego Fertility Center Medical Group and Ivy Fertility Services paid $850,000 into a settlement fund. Court-approved costs came out first. The administrator then divided what remained equally among all valid claims.

That structure means no one’s share depended on how often they visited or which page they viewed. Every valid claimant received the same amount, and that amount rose or fell with the total number of people who filed. No final per-person figure is stated in the settlement materials, and this article does not estimate one.

What the Lawsuit Alleged

The plaintiffs alleged that tracking code on the clinics’ websites, including the Meta Pixel, sent visitors’ information to Facebook and other third parties.

The defendants deny the allegations and any wrongdoing. They specifically deny sharing patient records, personal medical information, names, birthdays, email addresses or physical addresses. The settlement resolved the claims without any finding that the clinics did what was alleged.

From Federal Court to San Diego Superior Court

The case took two routes. Plaintiffs first sued in federal court in San Diego in February 2024, in B.W. v. San Diego Fertility Center Medical Group, Inc., No. 3:24-cv-00237 (S.D. Cal.). That case was dismissed without prejudice in December 2024.

The settlement itself was approved in state court, in Doe et al. v. San Diego Fertility Center Medical Group, Inc. et al., Case No. 37-2024-00006118, Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. The fairness hearing there was set for July 18, 2025, a few weeks after the claim deadline.
