RevitaLash $110 Settlement Voucher Emails: Terms and Two Case Numbers

RevitaLash and RevitaBrow buyers who chose a voucher in the $4.17 million Athena Cosmetics settlement are receiving it by email, under the subject “Eye Serum Settlement: Your Voucher is Ready”: a $110 credit toward RevitaLash.com that never expires. Class members began posting about the emails on September 29 and 30, 2026, about a month after the settlement’s cash payments went out. Some doubted the message because its case number does not match one they had seen before. Both numbers belong to this litigation.

Status: Voucher emails reported September 29–30, 2026 | Voucher: $110 credit on RevitaLash.com, no expiration | Cash paid August 31 and September 4, 2026 | Claims closed April 20, 2026

What the Email Says

The message comes from the Eye Serum Settlement Administrator. It tells the recipient that they submitted a valid claim and that, based on the selection made on that claim, they are receiving a voucher. It describes the voucher as a $110 credit toward products on RevitaLash’s website, with three terms:

  • it has no expiration date;
  • it can be combined with other promotions or discounts;
  • it can be used in a single transaction or spread across several.

A section on redeeming the voucher follows. Those terms match the court-approved long form notice, which adds one more: vouchers are transferable. A class member who has no use for RevitaLash products can give the code to someone who does.

The Case Number Question

The doubt circulating among class members comes from the caption. The voucher email cites the case number as 2:2024-cv-08542-HDV-AJR, while some settlement coverage and court filings show 2:23-cv-10078-HDV-AJR. A mismatch like that can look like a warning sign, but here it is not one.

The email’s number is the one on the settlement agreement, Rush v. Athena Cosmetics, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-08542-HDV-AJR, in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The court consolidated that case with an earlier related case, No. 2:23-cv-10078-HDV-AJR, so both numbers appear in the record. The voucher terms in the email also line up with the settlement’s.

That does not mean every message using the settlement’s name is safe. A message that asks for a fee to release a voucher should be treated as a scam. Anyone unsure about an email can type EyeSerumSettlement.com into a browser and reach the administrator through the site, instead of clicking a link in the message or replying with personal details.

Why Some People Get Cash and a Voucher

The settlement notice offered two paths, and which one a claimant took decides what arrives now.

Filed with proof of purchaseCould choose both a single cash payment and a single voucher.
Filed without proofChose one or the other: cash, or a single voucher per household.

That explains why people who were paid in August are now getting a second message. Cash went out digitally on August 31, 2026, with checks mailed September 4, and most class members who took cash report receiving $13.67. Some of those same claimants report the voucher email arriving a month later, while others who were paid in cash say no voucher has come, which fits a claim that chose cash alone.

Still Waiting for a Voucher

The administrator has not published a date by which every voucher will be sent. Claimants who chose a voucher should search the email address on their claim, including spam and promotions folders, for the subject line “Eye Serum Settlement: Your Voucher is Ready.” If nothing arrives in the coming weeks, contact the administrator through the official website, with the claim number from the original confirmation.

Anyone who did not file cannot get a voucher now. The claim deadline was April 20, 2026, and vouchers are going only to class members whose claims selected one.

Background on the Settlement

The litigation alleged that Athena Cosmetics’ labeling and marketing of its RevitaLash and RevitaBrow serums did not disclose material information about potential risks and side effects. Athena denied the allegations, and the court made no finding of wrongdoing. The settlement created a cash fund and a voucher fund totaling $4.17 million, and the court granted final approval on May 26, 2026.

OpenClassActions.com covers the cash side, including what to do about a missing check or digital payment, in its RevitaLash settlement payments report, has the full case background on its RevitaLash eye serum settlement page, and first reported the voucher emails in its RevitaLash voucher update.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Eye Serum Settlement voucher email legitimate?

Class members report receiving it from the Eye Serum Settlement Administrator, and its $110 voucher terms match the settlement notice. Anyone unsure should type EyeSerumSettlement.com into a browser and contact the administrator there rather than use links in the email. A request for a fee to release a voucher is a scam.

Why does the RevitaLash voucher email show a different case number?

The email cites Rush v. Athena Cosmetics, Inc., No. 2:24-cv-08542-HDV-AJR, the number on the settlement agreement. The court consolidated that case with an earlier related case, No. 2:23-cv-10078-HDV-AJR, so both numbers appear in court filings.

I got $13.67 in cash. Why am I also getting a RevitaLash voucher?

Class members who filed with proof of purchase could choose both a single cash payment and a single voucher. Those without proof chose one or the other. Someone who chose both receives the cash first and the voucher email later.

Does the RevitaLash settlement voucher expire?

No. The voucher has no expiration date, can be combined with other promotions or discounts, and can be used across more than one order.

Can I give my RevitaLash voucher to someone else?

Yes. The settlement notice says vouchers are transferable.

Can I still get a RevitaLash settlement voucher?

Only through a claim filed by the April 20, 2026 deadline that selected a voucher. Claims are closed.
