Closing First: October 2 to 8

Sugared + Bronzed (October 2). For people who kept receiving the company’s marketing texts after replying STOP. The estimated payment is $110 to $222, and the form uses the LoginID and PIN from the mailed notice.

Palm Beach Tan (October 4). Based on the same theory: texts sent after STOP. The $2.5 million fund pays an equal amount for each post-STOP text, up to $1,500 per text. The online form needs the Claim ID and PIN. Without them, you file a mailed claim form.

EY and Bank of America MOVEit (October 8). For people Ernst & Young notified about the 2023 MOVEit breach of Bank of America customer data. The options are a flat $100 or documented losses of up to $2,500 ordinary plus up to $10,000 extraordinary, along with two years of identity theft protection. You need the Claimant ID and PIN from your notice.

Mid-Month: October 15 to 22

Flo (October 15) and NYC Central Booking (October 19) are both no-proof claims. Flo pays a pro rata share of $59.5 million. Central Booking pays up to $475 per detention from a $21.5 million settlement.

Concora Credit (October 19). For people who were not Concora accountholders but got a prerecorded voice call on a cellphone between May 2, 2021 and May 31, 2026. The estimate is $250 to $650. The Claimant ID and Access Code from the notice open the online form. Without them, you need proof that a call reached you.

VSL#3 (October 20). Pays $20 a unit: one unit per household without a receipt, or up to 40 units ($800) with receipts or a notice. The portal asks for a Notice ID and Confirmation Code. If you have no notice, you can register an email address to receive a code.

Playstudios (October 21). For people who spent money in myVEGAS, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, MGM Slots Live, myVEGAS Blackjack or myVEGAS Bingo while in Alabama, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Tennessee or Kentucky. If you do nothing, you get free in-game coins. If you elect cash by October 21, you get 23% of your net spend. The election needs the Game Player ID or a support code for each game, plus every account email.

Lands’ End (October 22). For people notified of the December 2024 data incident. Pays about $60 without documentation, or up to $5,000 in documented losses, plus two years of credit monitoring. Filing online takes the Login ID and PIN from the notice.

Late October: October 26 to 30

TED (October 26). U.S. account holders who watched a pre-recorded video on ted.com receive two free months of membership automatically. File only if you want $5 cash instead. Cash claims are reduced pro rata against a $350,000 cap and need the Claim ID and PIN.

NAR homebuyers (October 27). For buyers, not sellers, of an MLS-listed home where a broker commission was paid. Class periods vary by brokerage. You need a closing statement, settlement statement, HUD statement or similar document showing the price and commissions. The defendants deny the allegations, and the final approval hearing is set for November 2.

Fort Wayne Medical Education Program (October 27). A no-proof data breach claim: $40, or up to $5,500 in documented losses.

Pork (October 29). The broadest no-proof case this month. Anyone who bought raw pork or bacon at a grocery store in one of 24 states between June 28, 2014 and June 30, 2018 can file without documentation.

Bestway (October 30). A no-proof pool claim pays $40 without a receipt, or 10% of the price.

TransUnion (October 30). For people whose TransUnion report carried a bankruptcy remark. The No Bankruptcy Group gets $100 automatically, or about $1,000 if they file. The Aged Bankruptcy Group can claim about $350. Filing takes the Claim Number and PIN plus a sworn certification.

Turkey (October 30). Businesses only: U.S. companies that bought fresh or frozen uncooked turkey directly from processors between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2016. Companies that filed in the earlier Cargill and Tyson round must file a new form, using the Unique ID and PIN.

Dr. Squatch (November 27) is the one settlement on the list that stays open past October.

Reading the Labels

“No proof” means no receipt and no notice ID. It does not mean no eligibility. Every form asks you to certify, under penalty of perjury, that you are in the class, and some administrators can ask for records later. For a settlement that requires a mailed ID, a missing notice does not always end your claim. The official website lists the alternate way to file.

Where the payout is a share of a fund, as with pork, Flo, NAR and turkey, the amount depends on how many valid claims are filed, so published estimates stay estimates. Filing holds your place but does not set a payment date. Most of these settlements still face a final approval hearing, and none of the defendants has been found liable. The October 2026 roundup on OpenClassActions.com keeps the same list, ordered by how many people each case reaches.

Only the Dr. Squatch Natural labeling settlement, which closes November 27, 2026. The other 16 close in October.

When will October 2026 settlements pay?

Filing is not a payment date. Most of these settlements still have a final approval hearing ahead, and payment follows only after court approval and any appeals.
