You are in the class if you are a U.S. person who used the Simplilearn Platform with an account. You must also have watched at least one pre-recorded video between Feb. 26, 2023 and Sept.
16, 2026. That account-plus-video rule is the key test. If you browsed without an account or never watched a pre-recorded video, you do not fit. Check the date range against your own course history before filing.
What Will You Get?
Simplilearn agreed to a $3 million fund for approved claimants. Payments will be equal pro rata shares after fees and costs, according to OpenClassActions' settlement guide.
