Are you eligible to file?

You may file if you were in the United States and used any GoodRx website, app, or service before April 20, 2024. That group includes GoodRx Gold, HeyDoctor, and GoodRx Care users, according to the class-counsel summary notice.

The lawsuit alleges GoodRx used website tracking tools from at least 2017-2020 to disclose information to advertisers without consent. You do not need to prove what data of yours was shared. Check these points before you file:.

  • You lived in the U.S. when you used GoodRx.
  • You used a GoodRx site, app, or service before April 20, 2024.
  • You file one valid claim by the deadline.

How do you file on time?

File online at the official settlement site or mail your claim with a postmark by Dec. 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET, according to the official settlement site instructions. No receipt or notice ID is required.

Use your current contact and payment information. Keep a copy or confirmation of what you submit. If you move or change email, update your contact details through the settlement site. A returned or misdirected payment can delay or prevent delivery.

How much will your payment be?

Payments will be equal pro-rata shares of the net fund. The net fund is what remains after court-approved fees, costs, and administration expenses. That structure means individual amounts fall as more valid claims are approved.

A smaller number of valid claims leaves a larger share per person. The fund totals $32 million, up from an earlier $25 million proposal. It is funded by GoodRx and ad-tech firm Criteo.

What happens after you file?

The court will hold a final-approval hearing Feb. 11, 2027 in Oakland. Payments issue only after final approval plus resolution of any appeals, which can take a year or more.

Approval is not a finding that every claim will be paid in full. Invalid, duplicate, or late claims will not receive payment. This consumer settlement is separate from a 2023 federal enforcement order. That order imposed a $1.5 million civil penalty and barred GoodRx from sharing health data for advertising, with that money going to the government rather than consumers.
