The Fertility Centers of Illinois pixel settlement offers about $30-$60 to eligible users who submit a valid claim form by Dec. 3, 2026. A pixel is a small website tracking code that can share browsing activity with third parties such as Facebook and Google. The lawsuit alleges Fertility Centers of Illinois shared website users' personally identifiable information with Facebook and Google without consent, violating the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
The case covers U.S. persons who accessed and used www.fcionline.com from Sept. 1, 2020 through Dec. 31, 2024, according to the official settlement website.

Who can file a claim?
You qualify if you are in the United States and you accessed and used www.fcionline.com during the covered period. The period runs from Sept. 1, 2020 through Dec. 31, 2024.
Both patients and other site visitors can qualify if they meet that use test. The key question is whether you used the site during those dates. For example, scheduling an appointment online, reading treatment pages, or submitting a contact form counts as use. If your only visit was before September 2020 or after December 2024, you are outside the group.
How do you submit the claim form?
Filing a timely, complete claim online or by mail is the only way to receive payment. File online at fcionlinesettlement.com before the Dec. 3, 2026 deadline.
Mail claims must also arrive in complete form by that date. Keep a copy of your submission for your records. Do not wait until the last day in case the website is slow or mail is delayed.
- Select the online claim option at fcionlinesettlement.com and enter the requested contact information.
- Submit before Dec. 3, 2026.
- To file by mail, send the completed form to Kroll Settlement Administration at FCI Privacy Settlement, P.O. Box 225391, New York, NY 10150-5391.
How much will you receive?
Approved claimants will split the settlement fund in equal shares. The $375,000 fund pays valid claims as well as administration costs, attorney fees, and an incentive award, as described in court filing Exhibit C.
Class counsel estimates each payment at approximately $30-$60, according to the settlement claim form exhibit. The final amount depends on how many valid claims are approved. More claims mean a smaller share, while fewer claims mean a larger share.
When will payments arrive?
The court preliminarily approved the settlement on Sept. 14, 2026 and scheduled final approval for Jan. 13, 2027. No payments can issue before the court grants final approval.
As of Oct. 23, 2026, no payment date had been announced, according to the OpenClassActions report. Expect administration, review, and possible appeals to take additional months after the final hearing. Filing early does not speed up your payment.
Is this the older Fertility Centers settlement?
No. This pixel case, L.C. v. Fertility Centers of Illinois, PLLC, No.
1:25-cv-02049, is separate from the earlier Monegato data-breach case. That earlier case created a $450,000 fund and closed to claims on June 5, 2023. Do not use an old breach-claim form for this pixel settlement. If you used fcionline.com during the 2020-2024 period, submit the new pixel claim by Dec. 3, 2026.
