Cash payments from the $1,475,000 settlement fund, calculated based on: (1) whether you owned or leased, (2) the number of years you owned/leased and resided in the unit, (3) your building location, and (4) the total number of claims filed. In addition, defendants are undertaking remedial measures at their Claremont Terminal facilities.
