Several privacy settlements require claim forms in December 2026. Missing the listed online or postmark cutoff means no payment from that settlement. A claim form is the request that links you to a settlement fund.
The December group runs from Dec. 2 through Dec. 29 and covers privacy, biometric, video-privacy, and data-breach cases.

Which deadlines come first?
The earliest cutoff is Dec. 2, 2026. According to the Inotiv Data Breach Settlement Administrator, claim forms are due that day for monitoring and cash options on the official claim page. The middle deadlines fall Dec. 15 and Dec. 17. According to OpenClassActions, Simplilearn claims must be submitted online or postmarked by Dec. 15, while Brandt Equities online claims are due Dec.
17. The final cluster is Dec. 21 and Dec. 29. Two settlements close Dec. 21, while the $32 million GoodRx settlement closes Dec. 29 at 11:59 p.m. ET. According to OpenClassActions' GoodRx settlement update, mailed GoodRx forms must be postmarked by the same date.
Who can file?
Eligibility is narrow and settlement-specific. Check your own dates and use before assuming you qualify. According to OpenClassActions' Simplilearn settlement report, Simplilearn is limited to account holders who meet the video-watch rule. According to OpenClassActions, GoodRx covers Doe v.
GoodRx, N.D. Cal. No. 4:23-cv-00501.
- GoodRx website, app, or service user in the U.S. before Apr. 20, 2024
- Simplilearn U.S. account holder who watched at least one pre-recorded video Feb. 26, 2023 to Sept. 16, 2026
- Illinois Packer timeclock user covered by Vega v. Asure
- iPhone 15 Pro or Pro Max or iPhone 16 model bought June 10, 2024 to Mar. 29, 2025
What could you receive?
Amounts differ sharply by fund size and proof. Some payments are fixed estimates, while others divide what remains. Simplilearn pays pro rata with no fixed per-person amount. That means each valid claim gets an equal share after costs.
Larger claim pools lower each check. The biometric and device settlements list ranges. According to the Asure BIPA Settlement Administrator's official site, Illinois Packer timeclock users face a Dec. 21, 2026 valid-claim deadline for an estimated $950-$2,800. FinanceBuzz reports about $25 per Apple device, up to $95.
What do breach claims require?
Inotiv offers 2 years of CyEx Medical Shield Complete plus cash tiers. According to the settlement administrator, options include up to $500 in documented losses, $4,000 for fraud losses, $80 for lost time, or a $45 cash payment. Brandt Equities offers up to $3,500 in documented losses plus $80 for lost time and monitoring. According to OpenClassActions, Brandt online claims are due Dec.
17, 2026, with opt-outs due Nov. 17, 2026. Keep receipts, statements, and time records for any documented-loss claim. File the tier that matches the proof you can supply.
How do you file on time?
Use the settlement's online form when possible. Online filing gives an immediate timestamp before the midnight cutoff. Mailed forms must be postmarked by the stated date. For GoodRx, both online and mailed claims share the Dec. 29 date.
Do not wait for the final hearing; GoodRx's final hearing is Feb. 11, 2027 after preliminary approval Sept. 8, 2026. File each settlement separately with current contact information. A timely valid claim preserves eligibility while the court completes review.
