Fashion Nova $12 Voucher Settlement: No Claim Form, Just Watch Your Inbox

Fashion Nova shoppers in California, Oregon and Washington do not have to file anything to collect from the Fashion Nova pricing settlement — a $12 voucher is supposed to land in their inbox on its own. The practical questions are which email address it goes to, when it will be sent, and how to tell a genuine voucher email from a lookalike.

Status: Automatic voucher, no claim form | Opt-out and objection deadline passed February 12, 2026 | One $12 voucher per class member | Voucher expires 3 years after issue

Where the Voucher Goes

Fashion Nova identifies class members from its own purchase records. Under the settlement agreement, it emails each voucher to the most recent email address the person used to buy from fashionnova.com. There is no claim form, no receipt to upload and no notice ID to type in.

If the address you last shopped with is one you no longer check, the official settlement website has a page for updating the email address the voucher will be sent to. That is the only step worth taking now for most class members. Otherwise, watch the inbox tied to your Fashion Nova account, including the spam and promotions folders.

When It Will Be Sent

The agreement gives Fashion Nova 30 days after the settlement’s Effective Date to email the vouchers. The Effective Date depends on final approval and on whether anyone appeals. The long-form notice set the final approval hearing for February 27, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego. As of September 26, 2026, OpenClassActions.com could not confirm the text of a final approval order from the court record, so no firm distribution date can be given.

Who Is in the Class

You are covered if you bought one or more products on fashionnova.com or through the Fashion Nova mobile app between September 17, 2018 and May 20, 2025, and the billing address on file with Fashion Nova at the time was in California, Oregon or Washington. The agreement divides the class into three state subclasses, but the benefit is the same in all three.

Purchases billed to an address in any other state are outside this settlement. Also excluded are people who opted out, the lawyers on both sides, Fashion Nova and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers and directors, the judge and court staff and their immediate families, and anyone who had already released these claims.

What $12 Buys and How Long You Have

Each class member receives one voucher — not one per order, and not cash. It is a $12 merchandise credit with relatively few strings:

Where it worksAnything on fashionnova.com, including shipping. No product restrictions and no blackout dates.
StackingCan be combined with other discounts and with other settlement vouchers.
TransferTransferable, so it can be given to someone else.
ExpirationThree years after it is issued.
How to redeemEnter it at checkout in the discount code or gift card field on fashionnova.com.
RemindersFashion Nova must send reminder emails on the first and second anniversaries of distribution and 30 days before expiration.

Spotting a Real Voucher Email

An automatic settlement voucher is exactly the kind of message scammers imitate. A genuine one is a code you type into fashionnova.com at checkout. It will not ask for a password, a bank account or a card number, and it should not send you anywhere other than Fashion Nova’s own site or the official settlement website. If a message looks off, compare it with what is posted on DiscountedPriceSettlement.com rather than clicking its links.

What the Lawsuits Claimed

The settlement resolves Dembiczak et al. v. Fashion Nova, LLC, Case No. 25CU032047N, filed in San Diego County Superior Court in 2025 for the purpose of approving a deal that closes out three earlier disputes: a federal lawsuit in Washington first filed in 2023, which was before the Ninth Circuit on Fashion Nova’s motion to compel arbitration; a Los Angeles case that had been sent to arbitration; and a second federal suit in Washington filed in April 2025.

Each case made two allegations. First, that Fashion Nova promoted sales as limited-time events when the same discounted prices continued afterward. Second, that it inflated the “regular” price used as the comparison point, making discounts look larger than they were. Fashion Nova denies the claims, says its advertising was not misleading, and settled without admitting wrongdoing. No court has found the claims have merit. Once final approval is in place and vouchers are distributed, the Washington federal appeal is to be dismissed with prejudice.

Lawyers’ Fees Are Paid Separately

Class counsel, Dovel & Luner, LLP, could request up to $4.2 million in attorneys’ fees and expenses, plus a $2,500 service award for each class representative. Fashion Nova pays those amounts on top of the vouchers, so they do not shrink the $12 benefit.

Not the Same as Other Fashion Nova Cases

This pricing settlement stands apart from the other Fashion Nova matters, and being eligible for one does not affect another. The Federal Trade Commission’s $4.2 million refund program over suppressed negative reviews paid out in January 2025. A separate website accessibility settlement concerned claims that the site was not usable by blind shoppers, and the Justice Department opposed that deal. A proposed class action over early-morning marketing texts is still at the complaint stage.
