Settlement Administrators

Every court-approved settlement is run by a claims administrator — the company that sends the notice, takes the claim form and issues the payment. They are not the defendant and not the court. If you have a question about your claim, they are who to contact, and their details are on the settlement’s own official notice.

Be careful who you give details to. A real administrator will never ask you to pay a fee to file a claim. Always start from the official settlement website named in your notice rather than a link in an unsolicited email or text.
