Serviceaide, a technology vendor for Catholic Health, agreed to settle allegations of negligence and invasion of privacy after an unauthorized party accessed its computer systems between September and November 2024, exposing patient data. The incident affected an estimated 480,000 people, primarily Catholic Health patients. Serviceaide denies all of the allegations and any wrongdoing.
