What is the Joint Juice Class Action About?
Two related class action lawsuits allege that Premier Nutrition Corporation falsely and deceptively marketed Joint Juice glucosamine supplement drinks as providing joint health benefits. The settlements cover purchases made in multiple states over periods generally between March 2009 and December 2022.
Premier Nutrition Corporation denies the alleged wrongdoing, and the court has not decided in favor of either side. Instead, both sides agreed to proposed settlements on behalf of everyone in the proposed Settlement Classes.
Who Qualifies for a Payout?
Multi-State settlement: Purchasers of Joint Juice in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, or Pennsylvania during specified periods between March 1, 2009 and December 31, 2022.
New York settlement: Purchasers of Joint Juice in New York between December 5, 2013 and December 28, 2021.
