Who Qualifies?
People who received two or more marketing calls or texts from Farmers agents during a 12-month period, whose number had been on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for at least 30 days, whose number is individual (not business), and whose number appears on the case’s litigation list. The class period runs from April 19, 2020 to June 15, 2026 and covers roughly 12,545 people.
How Much Can You Get?
Each valid claimant receives a pro rata share of the fund, up to $160 per claim. The exact amount depends on how many valid claims are filed.
