In April 2025, Fitzgerald Wealth Management, LLC experienced a data breach that exposed the personal information of U.S. residents who were later sent notice. The lawsuit Rast v. Fitzgerald Wealth Management alleges the firm failed to adequately protect that data. Fitzgerald Wealth Management denies that it did anything wrong, and the court has not decided who is right.
