What Is This Settlement About?
The lawsuit alleges that Athena Cosmetics, Inc. misled consumers by marketing its RevitaLash and RevitaBrow lash and brow serums as safe cosmetics without disclosing risks associated with the ingredient dechloro dihydroxy difluoro ethylcloprostenolamide (DDDE), a prostaglandin analog similar to those found in prescription glaucoma medications.
