What Happened?
Panda Restaurant Group experienced a data breach between March 7-11, 2024 that exposed sensitive employee information, including names, Social Security numbers, and dates of birth. The breach affected current and former employees who should have received a data breach notification letter. The lawsuit alleges Panda failed to implement adequate cybersecurity measures to protect employee data.
Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible if you are a current or former employee of Panda Restaurant Group (Panda Express, Panda Inn, or Hibachi-San) whose personal information was compromised in the March 2024 data breach. You must have received a data breach notification letter from Panda to qualify.

Eligible class members may receive:
