Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible if you were an adult incarcerated at Monterey County Jail at any time between May 27, 2016 and December 31, 2025.
How Much Can You Receive?
Eligible class members will receive a minimum base payment of approximately $110. Those who were incarcerated for more than 10 days will receive additional compensation per day over 10. The exact amount depends on the total number of valid claims and your length of incarceration.
