Gen Digital LifeLock Norton $9.95M Robocall Class Action Settlement

If you received a robocall with an artificial or prerecorded voice on your cell phone from Gen Digital regarding a LifeLock or Norton account between February 19, 2021 and October 30, 2025, and you did not have a LifeLock or Norton account, you may be entitled to between $200 and $625 from a $9.95 million class action settlement. What Is the Total Settlement Amount?

A common settlement fund of $9,950,000 has been established. Approved claims will be paid on an equal share basis after administration costs (estimated at $315,400), attorney fees (up to one third of the settlement fund), litigation costs (up to $20,000), and a service award to the class representative (up to $15,000) are deducted, subject to Court approval.

Who Is Eligible?

You are included if all of the following are true:

  • You did not have a LifeLock or Norton account at the time of the call

The class includes all persons throughout the United States who meet these criteria.

How Much Can You Receive?

Each class member who submits a timely and valid claim form is estimated to receive between $200 and $625, depending on the number of participating class members. Payments are calculated by dividing the net settlement fund equally among all valid claimants.

How to File a Claim

Submit a claim online at JacksonIVRsettlement.com by April 13, 2026. You can also mail a completed claim form to Jackson v. Gen Digital Inc., c/o Kroll Settlement Administration, PO Box 225391, New York, NY 10150-5391, postmarked by April 13, 2026.

If you did not receive a claim form in the mail but believe you are a class member, you must provide the claims administrator with evidence of having received one or more prerecorded voice calls from Gen regarding a LifeLock or Norton account during the class period, and attest that you were not a LifeLock or Norton customer when you received the calls. The claims administrator will then send you a claim form to complete.

When Will Payments Be Sent?

Settlement payments will be sent to class members who submitted valid claim forms no later than 30 days after the judgment becomes final, unless additional time is needed to comply with IRS regulations. If there is an appeal, payment may be delayed.

What Happens If I Do Nothing?

If you do nothing, you will not receive a payment, but you will still release your claims against Gen Digital related to the allegations in this case. You will give up your right to sue Gen Digital separately over the same issues. Unless you exclude yourself from the settlement, you will not be able to sue or continue a separate lawsuit against Gen over the released claims.
