Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible if you are a California resident who used the defendant’s websites between May 9, 2023 and July 11, 2024. Approximately 761 class members are covered.
How Much Can You Receive?
Eligible class members may receive an estimated ~$261 pro-rata payment. If you received a notice by mail, no claim form is needed — simply select your payment preference on the settlement website. Those who did not receive a notice must file a claim.
