What Happened?

Granite Wellness Centers experienced a ransomware attack in January 2021 that exposed sensitive patient information, including names, dates of birth, addresses, Social Security numbers, health information, treatment details, insurance information, driver’s license numbers, and bank account numbers. As a substance use disorder treatment provider, the compromised data includes particularly sensitive medical information.

Who Is Eligible?
