NRS Pay Ringless Voicemail Class Action Settlement — Claim Deadline April 14, 2026

NRS Pay Ringless Voicemail Settlement

National Retail Solutions, Inc. (d/b/a NRS Pay) has reached a $6.51 million class action settlement over allegations that it sent ringless voicemails via VoiceLogic to consumers who never gave consent, violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Affected individuals may file a claim by April 14, 2026.

What Is This Case About?

The lawsuit alleges that NRS Pay used VoiceLogic technology to send prerecorded ringless voicemail messages directly to consumers’ voicemail boxes without their prior express consent. Ringless voicemails bypass the phone’s ringtone and go straight to voicemail, but are still considered telemarketing calls under the TCPA when sent without consent.

Who Is Eligible?

You may be eligible if you are a U.S. resident who received a VoiceLogic-sent ringless voicemail from NRS Pay between January 8, 2020 and the date of final approval. At least 50,000 class members are covered.

How Much Can You Receive?

Eligible class members may receive up to $135 (pro rata, based on total claims filed) from the $6.51 million settlement fund.
