What Benefits Are Available?

Eligible class members may receive:

  • Up to $500 reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket expenses related to the breach
  • Up to $50 for lost time (2 hours at $25/hour, within the $500 cap)
  • Two years of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection
  • At least $1 million in identity theft insurance

As part of the settlement, Murfreesboro Medical Clinic has committed to enhanced information security practices for at least 3 years.
