Who Qualifies?
The settlement covers the roughly 380,000 people who received notice that their personal information may have been compromised in the October 2024 STIIIZY data security incident. Exposed data allegedly included names, addresses, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, photos, signatures, and transaction histories.
How Much Can You Get?
Class members can claim reimbursement of up to $7,500 for documented losses with receipts, or a flat pro rata cash payment. All class members are also eligible for two years of free credit monitoring plus up to $1 million in identity-theft insurance.
