What Is the Case About?
The settlement resolves antitrust claims that apartment owners and managers used RealPage’s revenue-management software to inflate rents and share competitor pricing data. Settling defendants agreed to stop using nonpublic competitor data to set rents and to cooperate against the remaining defendants.
Who Qualifies?
Renters who paid rent directly to an owner or manager at a property that licensed RealPage’s Revenue Management Solutions (LRO, YieldStar, or AIRM) between October 18, 2018 and November 21, 2025. Confirm your building with the Property List lookup on the official site.
How Much Can You Get?
There is no fixed per-renter amount. The net fund is distributed pro rata based on the rent you paid during the class period, under a court-approved plan of allocation.
