What Is the Case About?
Onsite Mammography, LLC (d/b/a Onsite Women’s Health) settled a class action over an October 2024 data security incident, in which an unauthorized party accessed an employee email account containing patients’ personal and protected health information. The lawsuit asserts negligence, breach of implied contract, breach of fiduciary duty, invasion of privacy, and unjust enrichment. Onsite denies wrongdoing.
Who Qualifies?
All U.S. residents whose private information was potentially affected by the breach and who received written notice from Onsite (excluding employees/officers, judges and families, opt-outs, and previously resolved claims).
How Much Can You Get?
- Up to $5,000 reimbursement for documented out-of-pocket losses incurred after October 2024
- A pro rata cash payment from remaining funds
