What Is the Case About?
The lawsuit alleges Menard Inc., Disston Company, and Gino Development failed to adequately disclose expiration date codes on PERFORMAX and MASTERFORCE bonded abrasive wheels. Bonded abrasive (grinding, cutting, or sanding) wheels can degrade over time, and weakened wheels may crack or separate during use.

Consumers who purchased at least one Menard-branded PERFORMAX or MASTERFORCE bonded abrasive wheel at U.S. retail between June 10, 2018 and April 22, 2026.
