What Is the Case About?

Memorial Health Services allegedly disclosed patients’ personal information to third parties through the Meta Pixel and other tracking technologies on its MyChart patient portal without consent, in violation of California privacy law. Memorial Health denies all of the plaintiff’s claims and maintains that it did nothing wrong, but agreed to settle to avoid the cost of continued litigation.

Who Qualifies?

All persons who accessed the Memorial Health Services MyChart patient portal between March 7, 2022 and July 8, 2022. The defendant, its affiliates, officers, directors, judges, and court staff are excluded.

How Much Can You Get?
