What Is the Case About?
FitOn agreed to a $2.5 million settlement resolving claims that it disclosed subscribers’ video-viewing data to third parties without consent, allegedly violating the Video Privacy Protection Act (VPPA). FitOn denies wrongdoing.
Who Qualifies?
U.S. residents who had a FitOn account and watched pre-recorded videos on the platform between October 22, 2022 and May 29, 2026. You do not need to have received a notice if you meet the class definition.
How Much Can You Get?
Each valid claim receives a one-time $10 payment by check, PayPal, or Venmo (electronic options for online filers). The amount may be reduced pro rata if total approved claims exceed the net cap.
